We ask you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure you are entering in the correct billing address that is associated with your bank card. If you do not enter the correct billing address, your card may not process the payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined it will fall off it is only showing you attempted to make the transition.
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 3-4 Business days for your order to be shipped out.(Custom Orders will process within 5-10 days) Processing occurs Monday-Friday 10am-7pm MST. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 2-9 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-14 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery are with the USPS/FEDEX/UPS. Business days are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm MST
2. When will my tracking number update?
Upon receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will be available within 24 hours. Tracking will be available at www.USPS.com. Your tracking information will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see an email in your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 4 days from placing your orders, please contact customer service at changeyoumoodtoday@gmail.com
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure all orders are processed daily with no mistakes, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment has been completed. (still try in reach out via email or chat we will get to you if we can)
4. Can I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to accept returns ONLY on unopened hair within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receiving your product. We find that we have very low return rates, and we are proud of the high-quality hair that we offer. However, we understand that there may be cases in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate you on hair that has NOT been opened, worn or tampered with!
Mood Changer is NOT responsible for customers or hair stylist customizing of any sort (coloring, cutting, dying, etc.) your hair outside of "Mood Changer"
Before a refund can be issued, please contact support at changeyourmoodtoday@gmail.com within the seven (7) day return period. All products must be shipped back in its original packaging and packaging must not be defected in any way, or a return will not be issued. Human hair a hygienic product, and we do not offer returns or exchanges if the hair seal on the bundle has been broken or tampered with!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A refund, excluding the original shipping cost will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the hair was not opened, damaged or tampered with and the seal was not broken. Refunds will be returned back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days from arrival.
6. Can I exchange my hair?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS from receiving your hair. The hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered, we will not exchange the hair, and the hair will be returned back to you.
ALL SALES ON CUSTOM WIGS AND CUSTOM HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number, Mood Changer will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high fees which we will not be responsible for.
